Contemporary Dance for children 26/27
Contemporary Dance for children
From 7 to 12 years old
With Marta Ramos
Wednesday | 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
These contemporary dance classes for children are designed as a laboratory of movement, creativity, and discovery. Each session includes a joint warm-up, guided improvisations, floor work, body weight exploration exercises, simple movement sequences, and a final relaxation moment.
The main goal is to develop body awareness, creating a space where each child can explore and affirm the authenticity of their own movement. Throughout the classes, skills such as listening, sharing, and cooperation will also be promoted, using elements like voice, rhythm, and play as creative challenges.
Together, we will imagine new ways of inhabiting the body, exploring its limits, and discovering its endless possibilities.
Note: Classes start on September 16.
