It has a self-reflective impulse from the history of Forum Dan\u00e7a, referencing the N\u00facleo de Apoio Coreogr\u00e1fico (NAC)<\/em>, which in the 1990s was an important platform for supporting the creation and internationalization of Portuguese dance.<\/p>\n

It is a place of experimentation, where the craft of creating, showing, reflecting, and creating circularity with the artistic community and its public aspect in the creation and mediation of audiences is taken care of.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”80px”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”grid” text_align=”left” background_animation=”none” css_animation=””][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]One of the objectives of Forum Dan\u00e7a is to support artistic creation, in accordance with the programme guidelines established by its management. The N\u00facleo 2026<\/strong> Residency Programme was created to provide a space that enables a period of experimentation and research through action, linking creation with transmission to the artistic community.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This edition of the Programme will support three projects in the field of contemporary dance or performance that are at any stage of conception and development, provided they have not yet premiered.<\/p>\n

The Programme offers rehearsal space for two weeks and the possibility of sharing with the public.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Applications must be submitted by March 25, 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Support for three projects selected by the Forum Dan\u00e7a management;<\/li>\n
    2. Support for the promotion of the project in Forum Dan\u00e7a’s media channels;<\/li>\n
    3. Possibility of public sharing, in the form of an informal showcase, open rehearsal, conversation, or similar, to be confirmed and defined with the Forum Dan\u00e7a team;<\/li>\n
    4. Mandatory mention of \u201cSupport for Creation \u2013 Forum Dan\u00e7a\u201d and inclusion of the logo in all promotional material for the project.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
