She is interested in danced behaviour, systems of transmission and translation, patterns of survival in the face of culture, and the sense of imagination. Alongside dance, she has dedicated her life to publishing in various media, including video and the journal Contact Quaterly, since 1976. Her writing is available online at www.movementresearch.org and also at www.oralsite.be.
