In this class, in a very playful way, we will discover the movements of our bodies through exercises, games and simple proposals.<\/p>\n

We will explore shapes, rhythms, dynamics, levels, objects, etc., contributing to a greater perception of our own body, space\/time and the world around us.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”80px”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”full_width” text_align=”left” background_animation=”none” css_animation=””][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Bio<\/strong><\/h4>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]Carla Ribeiro<\/strong> graduated from the Escola Superior de Dan\u00e7a in the field of performance and attended the Dance in the Community course at Forum Dan\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

As a performer she has worked with Susana Vidal, Olga Roriz Companhia de Dan\u00e7a, Marina Nabais Dan\u00e7a, John Mowat, Paulo Ribeiro, Ricardo Pais, Pigeons International, O \u00datero, A Torneira, Nuno Carinhas, Paula Massano, Fernanda Lapa, Jo\u00e3o Louren\u00e7o and Teatro O Bando.<\/p>\n

Alongside her work as a performer, she teaches Creative and Contemporary Dance at Col\u00e9gio Ces\u00e1rio Verde and Body\/Movement at AMA.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”80px”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”full_width” text_align=”left” background_animation=”none” css_animation=””][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
