With what I have, what sort of music can I make?
\nB Field<\/em> brings these questions to an enquiry into solo making, led by desire and inspired by the absurd and insistent masc self-sufficiency of \u2018one-man bands\u2019. A live excavation of sounds and beats reveals an attempt to build a song worthy of a night-club dance floor, thus creating my very own\u00a0\u2018one-(wo)man band\u2019.<\/p>\n

Sound Design in collaboration with<\/strong> Bobby Brim[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=”full_width” border_style=”” up=”40″ down=”40″ color=”#000000″][vc_column_text]Lorea<\/strong> is a dance artist trained at Laban (2011-2014), and is informed by improvised performance, doing as practice, live music and singing, and most recently House. She is one of Unbaptised Infants (est. 2015) with Hannah Parsons (UK) and Josefina Rozenwasser (AR), creating experimental sound-dance shows, and in 2022 were resident artists at MACBA & LCE. As a performer, Lorea has worked with Charles Linehan (UK), Seke Chimutengwende (UK), J N Harrington (UK) and Ehryn Torrell (CA) among others.[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=”full_width” border_style=”” up=”40″ down=”40″ color=”#000000″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
