FORUM DAN\u00c7A – Cultural Association (hereinafter referred to as FORUM DAN\u00c7A), headquartered at Travessa do Calado 26-B, 1070-070 Lisbon, taxpayer 502370327 is the entity responsible for the collection and processing of your data, for the purposes referred to in this privacy policy.<\/p>\n

FORUM DAN\u00c7A undertakes to process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law – Law 67\/98, of 26 October, and other legislation in force in this area, such as Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 , of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of personal data.<\/p>\n

1.What process does FORUM DAN\u00c7A perform in managing your data?<\/strong><\/p>\n

To sign this privacy policy, we will have to collect your name and email address. Without filling in these fields, we will not be able to consider your signature.<\/p>\n

These data are intended to create a manifest that will be presented to the competent authorities with the capacity to guarantee the correct application of the legislative framework that regulates the protection and defense of consumers’ rights, in particular the protection of personal data.<\/p>\n

In order to consider your signature on the manifest we need you to authorize us to use your data for this specific purpose and to send this data to the aforementioned legislative authorities. We will consider that you also authorize the sending to the entities subcontracted by FORUM DAN\u00c7A and other recipients mentioned in this privacy policy. 2.Duration of data storage<\/strong><\/p>\n

FORUM DAN\u00c7A only keeps your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the desired service, never exceeding the maximum duration of 5 years after the end of its use.<\/p>\n

    FORUM DAN\u00c7A only collects the data described in each form, or the Google forms available on our website, never being asked for more data than necessary for the intended purpose.<\/p>\n

    FORUM DAN\u00c7A after the collection of personal data proceeds to its encryption, through the use of a security certificate – SSL.<\/p>\n

    Personal data is stored in a database and used exclusively by FORUM DAN\u00c7A.<\/p>\n

    FORUM DAN\u00c7A permanently monitors access to information technology systems in order to prevent, detect and prevent the misuse of your personal data.<\/p>\n
